# Does uploading or paying start the editing?

No. Signing up, uploading or paying does not submit the job. Editing starts when you send the property, and the 24 to 72 hours run from that moment. You decide the timing.

You can upload a shoot, check it and send it when the set is complete. Sending a property for editing uses one property credit.
