Choose and merge your exposures in your usual software. NovaHDR starts with the resulting JPEG, PNG or WebP images, not the original bracket sequence.

Move from merged frames to a coherent set.

Hand off the remaining exposure and color corrections across the property. Receive edited photographs to review together before sending the finished work to your client.

Know the input boundary before you begin.

NovaHDR does not merge brackets, detect exposure sequences or accept RAW and TIFF files. Export one finished-source image per view, with up to 50 photos for the property.

Make the client handoff the destination.

Send the exported set for editing. Turnaround is 24–72 hours. One property covers the set, rather than charging you to organize each exposure in a bracket.

A few practical details.

What will I receive?

An edited property photo set with balanced exposure and consistent color, ready for your final review before client delivery. The goal is a natural-looking property, not a redesigned room.

When will my photos be finished?

24–72 hours after you send your property for editing. Creating an account, uploading photos or purchasing a plan does not submit the job by itself.

Which photos can I send?

Up to 50 JPEG, PNG or WebP photos per property, with a 50 MiB limit per photo and 2 GiB total. RAW, TIFF and bracket sets are not accepted. If you shoot brackets, merge and export your images first.

Can you recover a completely white window?

Editing can work with the detail present in your photograph. It cannot recover detail that was not captured. Send the best available source image for each view.

What does one property cover?

One property photo set of up to 50 images. The purchase is recorded as one property credit. Retrying that same activated property does not use another credit.

What happens to unused monthly properties?

Each paid month adds the property credits in your plan. Unused subscription credits roll over up to the plan cap: Solo 15, Pro 45 or Studio 120. Subscription credits are used before purchased credits. One-time purchased credits never expire.

Is the exposure comparison a customer result?

No. It is an example exposure and color edit of the same fictional, AI-generated source photograph. No rooms, objects or window detail were added. It is not a customer case or a guarantee of the result for every source.

Contact support@novahdr.com. Keep your original photographs and review the completed set for accuracy before publication.
