FOR SOLO PHOTOGRAPHERS
For solo real estate photographers who shoot all day and edit all night
When you run a real estate photography business alone, every listing ends the same way: the shoot is done, and the evening goes to balancing windows, matching whites from room to room and checking every frame before the agent's deadline. NovaHDR takes that last exposure and color pass. You upload the property's photos, send it, and get a finished set with balanced exposure and consistent color back 24 to 72 hours after you send the property, ready for your own final review.
You keep your camera, your capture habits and the final say on every image.
One property covers up to 50 photos.

Where a solo business loses its evenings
The second shift after the shoot
A morning of two or three listings turns into a night of exposure and color work, because nobody else is there to do it. The shooting is billable; the evening mostly is not.
Rooms that do not match
The kitchen came out warm, the bedroom cool and the bathroom green from the vanity lights. Making a gallery read as one home is slow, fiddly work that agents notice only when it is missing.
Turnaround pressure from agents
Listings go live on a schedule. When the editing queue backs up, the only buffer is your own sleep or turning down the next booking.
NovaHDR is property photo editing for real estate photographers. It finishes each property as a set, with balanced exposure and coherent color from room to room and a natural look that keeps the property recognisable. You stay the photographer: you choose the frames, you send the property when it is ready, and you make the final review before anything reaches the agent. What you hand off is the repetitive last pass, so the evening after a shoot can go to the next booking or to nothing at all.
What NovaHDR does today
The facts a solo photographer needs before sending the first property.
A finished set per property
Each property comes back as one consistent set with balanced exposure and color, not as separately edited frames.
Up to 50 photos per property
Enough for a typical listing gallery, with JPEG, PNG and WebP accepted, up to 50 MiB per photo and 2 GiB per property.
Your merge, your export
RAW, TIFF and bracket sets are not accepted, and NovaHDR does not merge brackets. Merge in your usual software if you bracket, then send one image per view.
24 to 72 hours after you send
Uploading or paying does not start the job; the clock starts when you send the property for editing.
Pay per property or monthly
Buy one property at a time, or choose a monthly plan whose unused property credits roll over up to a cap.
Nothing invented
Exposure and color only: no virtual staging, no sky swaps and no added objects. What the camera saw is what the listing shows.
How a solo shoot day fits around NovaHDR
- 01
Shoot the way you already shoot
Bracket and merge, or shoot single exposures: either works, as long as you export one JPEG, PNG or WebP per view.
- 02
Upload the property between shoots
Name the property and upload the photos from your laptop. Saved uploads stay put if you have to leave for the next listing before you finish.
- 03
Send it and move on
Choose One Property or a plan credit and send the property. The finished set arrives 24 to 72 hours after you send the property, and you review it before delivering to the agent.
Situations solo photographers send to NovaHDR
Three listings before lunch
Upload each property as its own project as soon as you are back at the car or the desk, send them, and spend the afternoon on the next bookings instead of the editing queue.
Learn moreA dark interior with bright windows
Send your best merged or single-exposure frame for each view. Finishing balances what the frame captured; a window that is completely white in the source stays white.
Learn moreA vacation rental for a host
Short-term rental galleries are browsed as a set on a phone. A consistent finish keeps the bedrooms and the living space looking like one place.
Learn moreA busy month
When bookings stack up, a monthly plan's property credits carry over up to the plan's cap, so a quiet week does not waste a credit.
Questions from solo real estate photographers
Do I have to change how I shoot?
No. NovaHDR starts from your exported images. If you bracket, merge in your usual software and export one JPEG, PNG or WebP per view; if you shoot single exposures, export those.
How fast do I get the photos back?
Finished photos arrive 24 to 72 hours after you send the property for editing. Creating an account, uploading or paying does not send it by itself.
Who has the final say on the images?
You do. You review the finished set before you deliver it to your client, and listing professionals stay responsible for image accuracy.
Do I keep ownership of my photos?
Yes. You keep ownership of the photos you submit. Keep your own source copies, because the service is not a backup archive.
What does one property cost?
One Property is $29 one-time for one property, covering up to 50 photos, with no expiry. Monthly plans give property credits that roll over up to a cap.
Can NovaHDR remove clutter or replace a grey sky?
No. The work is exposure and color. Clutter, skies, lawns and anything else in the frame stay as photographed.
