FOR INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHERS

For interior and architectural photographers who also shoot property

Many interior and architectural photographers split their work: design-led commissions for architects, designers and builders, and steadier property work for agents and hosts. The commissions get every hour of careful finishing they need. The property sets need to be balanced, consistent and quick. NovaHDR takes that property side: it finishes each set with balanced exposure and consistent color and a restrained, natural look, so your evenings go to the work that carries your name. The commissions keep your full attention; the listings still go out looking balanced, consistent and true to the building.

NovaHDR does not replace your own finishing on portfolio commissions; it handles the property sets you would rather not grind through.

Exposure and color only; the architecture stays as photographed.

Where property work crowds out design work

Two standards in one inbox

A designer's commission deserves careful, slow finishing; an agent's listing needs a clean, consistent set by the end of the week. Doing both yourself means one of them suffers.

Light that fights itself

Big glazing, mixed daylight and designer fixtures make interiors beautiful and hard to balance. Doing that across thirty listing frames is repetitive work.

The look must stay honest

Clients in this field notice over-processed light, warped lines and invented views. Any outside help has to stay restrained.

Send the property sets to NovaHDR and keep the commissions for yourself. Each property is finished as a whole, with balanced exposure, coherent color from room to room and a natural look that is bright enough to read the space and restrained enough to keep its character. Nothing is added, replaced or reshaped: walls, ceilings and room dimensions stay as photographed, and what the window shows is what the camera saw. You review every finished set before it goes to the client.

What NovaHDR offers a design-minded photographer

It is deliberately narrow, which is what keeps it honest.

A restrained finish

Light that feels balanced and rooms that still feel real; the aim is a natural-looking property, not a redesigned room.

Set-level consistency

Each property is finished as a set, so materials and whites hold together from room to room.

No geometry changes

No straightening, perspective work or lens correction is promised, so keep lines right in camera or in your own software.

Your export, your control

Send one JPEG, PNG or WebP per view, merged first if you bracket. Your RAW and TIFF files stay in your own workflow, since they are not accepted.

Clear turnaround

Finished photos arrive 24 to 72 hours after you send the property.

You keep ownership

You keep ownership of the photos you submit and make the final review before delivery.

How property sets fit beside your commissions

  1. 01

Shoot and export as you do now

Keep your lenses, tripod height and bracketing habits. Merge and correct lines in your own software if you need to, then export one image per view.

  2. 02

    Upload the property set

Name the property and upload up to 50 photos. Saved uploads stay if a commission interrupts you.

  3. 03

    Send it, then review

Send the property with One Property or a plan credit. The finished set arrives 24 to 72 hours after you send the property for your review.

Questions from interior and architectural photographers

Will NovaHDR change my lines or perspective?

No straightening, lens or perspective correction is promised. Walls, ceilings and room dimensions stay as photographed, so correct geometry in camera or in your own software before export.

Can I send RAW files?

No. RAW, TIFF and bracket sets are not accepted. Export one JPEG, PNG or WebP per view, merged first if you bracket.

Is the finish natural enough for design clients?

The look is restrained: bright enough to understand the space, restrained enough to preserve its character. For signature portfolio work, keep your own finishing.

Does it replace views or skies?

No. What the window shows is what the camera saw, and there is no sky replacement or artificial golden hour.

What does a property set cost?

One Property is $29 one-time for one property for up to 50 photos; monthly plans suit regular property work.

Who has the final say?

You do. You review every finished set before delivery to your client.

Your next client handoff
