FOR AGENTS WITH A CAMERA

For real estate agents who photograph their own listings

Plenty of agents take their own listing photos, on a phone, a mirrorless camera or a drone, especially for rentals, smaller listings or a quick relist. Shooting is the easy part. Making twenty frames look like one bright, honest home is the part that eats the evening. NovaHDR finishes the property's photos as a set, with balanced exposure and consistent color, so the gallery reads as one home, and you review it before it goes live.

NovaHDR is built for real estate photographers; agents who do their own photography work the same way.

One property covers up to 50 photos.

Why self-shot listings often look self-shot

Windows that dominate the room

Phones and cameras expose for either the view or the room. The result is a dark room with a bright window, or a bright room with a white rectangle where the view should be.

Every room a different color

Warm lamps in the living room, cool daylight in the kitchen and a green tint in the bathroom make the gallery feel like several houses.

No time to learn editing software

Listing, showing and negotiating come first. Hours in editing software are hours not spent with clients.

NovaHDR takes the photos you already shot and finishes them as a set: exposure balanced so rooms are bright enough to understand and still look real, and color kept consistent from room to room. You upload the photos as one property, send it, and the finished set comes back 24 to 72 hours after you send the property. You stay responsible for the images you publish, and nothing is staged, swapped or removed.

What to know before your first property

The rules are short, and they are the same for agents and photographers.

Phone and camera photos

Send JPEG, PNG or WebP files, one per view, up to 50 photos and 2 GiB per property.

No RAW files

RAW, TIFF and bracket sets are not accepted. Phone photos and camera JPEG exports are the usual starting point.

Detail must be captured

Finishing cannot recover detail that the photo never recorded, such as a completely white window. A slightly darker shot often finishes better.

Honest images

No virtual staging, sky replacement or object removal. Upload only photos you have permission to use, and do not use edits to misrepresent a property.

Your review before the MLS

The finished set comes back for your final review before you publish anything.

Pay per property

One Property suits an agent with an occasional listing; monthly plans suit agents listing every week.

From your phone to a finished listing gallery

  1. 01

Shoot with the light in mind

Turn on the lights, open the blinds, hold the phone level and avoid pointing straight into a bright window. Take one good frame per view.

  2. 02

    Upload the property

Sign up with Google or email, name the property and upload the photos. You can stop and come back; saved uploads stay.

  3. 03

Send it, review it, publish it

Choose One Property or a plan credit, then send the property. Finished photos arrive 24 to 72 hours after you send the property, and you check them before they go on the MLS.

Listings agents often shoot themselves

A rental relist

A tenant moved out and the unit needs fresh photos this week. A consistent set makes the listing look cared for.

A condo with a view

The view sells the unit, but the phone keeps blowing it out. Expose a little darker so the window holds detail, then let the finish bring the room up.

An iPhone shoot

Phone HDR already blends some exposures. Send the photo the phone saved; the finish evens out color across the rooms.

Questions from agents

Can I use NovaHDR if I am not a photographer?

Yes. NovaHDR is built for real estate photographers, and an agent who shoots listings uses it the same way: upload the property's photos and send it for editing.

Can I upload iPhone photos?

Yes, as JPEG, PNG or WebP. If your phone saves HEIC files, export or convert them to JPEG first.

Will it make a small room look bigger?

No. Walls, rooms and dimensions stay as photographed. A balanced exposure helps a room read clearly, but nothing is stretched or redesigned.

Who is responsible for the photos on my listing?

You are. You review the finished set before publishing, and listing professionals remain responsible for image accuracy.

What does one listing cost?

One Property is $29 one-time for one property for up to 50 photos, with no expiry.

How long does it take?

Finished photos arrive 24 to 72 hours after you send the property for editing, so send it as soon as the upload is complete.

Your next client handoff

You shot the listing. Finish the photos.

Create your account, upload the property and send it once every room is in.
