NovaHDR vs outsourcing to a photo editing service

Most real estate photographers who outsource editing use a per-image service: BoxBrownie, PhotoUp, Phixer, Fotober and others. These services usually blend brackets for you, charge per photo or per credit, promise delivery within 24 hours, and sell extras such as staging and day to dusk. NovaHDR does one job: it finishes a merged property set with balanced exposure and consistent color, priced per property and delivered 24 to 72 hours after you send it. Choose a service when you need blending or extras. Choose NovaHDR when you want the set finished as one property.

How NovaHDR and Real estate photo editing services differ

Services blend your brackets

BoxBrownie, Fotober and others blend bracketed or flambient exposures for you. NovaHDR does not merge brackets: you merge and export first.

Faster stated turnarounds

PhotoUp states 24-hour standard delivery and Phixer under 24 hours with rush options. NovaHDR delivers 24 to 72 hours after you send the property.

Price per photo or per property

Services charge per image or per credit, so a large set costs more. NovaHDR charges one credit per property of up to 50 photos, with monthly plans whose unused credits roll over.

Consistency as the goal

Per-image services edit photo by photo. NovaHDR finishes the property as a set, aiming for coherent color from room to room and a natural look.

Revisions and extras

Many services list unlimited revisions and sell staging, twilight and item removal. NovaHDR offers none of those extras.

About each option

NovaHDR

NovaHDR is property photo editing for real estate photographers. You name the property, upload up to 50 JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, choose One Property or a plan, and send the property for editing. The finished set comes back in 24 to 72 hours with balanced exposure and consistent color from room to room, a natural look rather than a redesigned room, and you keep the final review before it goes to your client. RAW, TIFF and bracket sets are not accepted: merge and export brackets first.
