CONDO PHOTOS

Condo photos where the unit, the view and the amenities match

A condo listing sells two things at once: the unit and the building around it. Inside, an open kitchen and living room often share one wall of windows with a bright view, while the bedrooms and baths sit further from the light. Then the gallery jumps to a lobby, a pool deck, a gym and a party room, each lit in its own way by the association. NovaHDR finishes the condo and its shared spaces as one set with balanced exposure and consistent color, so buyers see one coherent home rather than a unit and a brochure.

The unit and the common areas are shown as they are: no view, furniture or amenity is added.

One property covers up to 50 photos.

How to send a condo for finishing

  1. 01

Export the unit and the shared spaces

Choose the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, balcony and view, then the lobby and the amenities the listing mentions. Export one JPEG, PNG or WebP per view, blending brackets yourself first if you shot them.

  2. 02

    Upload them as one property

Name the property after the building and unit and upload up to 50 photos, with the amenities in the same property as the unit.

  3. 03

    Send and review

Pick One Property or a plan credit and send it for editing. The finished set lands 24 to 72 hours after you send the property, for your review before the agent publishes it.

Capture notes for condo listings

Condo shoots often need building access for the shared spaces. Planning that visit helps the set come together.

Ask the concierge about amenity access

Pools, gyms and clubrooms are easier when they are empty. Book a quiet time with the building management.

Lead with the view if it is the selling point

Expose for the skyline or water so the view keeps detail, and frame the living area to show how much of it the unit gets.

Keep the balcony in context

A frame from inside through the balcony door shows the outdoor space as part of the home.

Set the window shades together

Condo towers often have roller shades. Set them to the same height in every room.

Show parking and storage

Assigned parking, storage lockers and bike rooms are part of what buyers pay for. Include them where allowed.

Avoid other residents

Shared spaces may have people in them. Residents in the frame stay in the photo.

What makes condo photos hard to finish

Unit and building in one gallery

The unit's warm lamps sit next to the association's cooler common area fixtures in the same set.

Window walls on one side

Many condos are lit from a single exterior wall, leaving inner rooms dimmer.

Bright views from height

High floor views of skylines or water are much brighter than the room.

Reflective building finishes

Lobbies and amenity spaces use glass, mirror and polished stone that reflect light and color.

One set from unit to pool deck

NovaHDR finishes the property as a set with balanced exposure and consistent color, so the unit and the amenities read as one listing.

Views are not added

If a window is completely white in the source, it stays that way: finishing cannot recover detail that was not captured.

What does finishing condo photos mean?

Finishing condo photos is the exposure and color pass that ties a unit and its building together: holding detail in the view, lifting the inner rooms and matching the association's common areas to the home itself. NovaHDR applies it to the unit and the common areas together, then hands the set back for your final review.

It is not a rendering of the building. Amenities, views and furnishings are not added, changed or removed.

Condo photo questions

Can the building amenities go in the same property as the unit?

Yes. Upload them together so the lobby, pool and gym are finished in the same set as the unit.

Will a hazy view from a high floor be cleared up?

Exposure and color are balanced, but the sky and view stay as photographed. Shoot on a clear day if the view matters.

Will the inner bedroom match the bright living room?

Exposure is balanced across the set, so dimmer rooms are brought closer to the rest of the unit.

Will residents at the pool be removed?

No. Nothing is removed from the frame, so photograph shared spaces when they are empty.

What files work for a condo shoot?

JPEG, PNG or WebP, one per view. RAW and TIFF files are not accepted; export first.

What does a condo cost to finish?

One condo with its amenities is one property: $29 one-time for one property.
