ONLINE, IN YOUR BROWSER
Edit real estate photos online without installing anything
Real estate photo editing online means you do the job from a browser instead of a desktop program. With NovaHDR there is nothing to install and no editing to do yourself: sign in at the NovaHDR app, name the property, upload up to 50 JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, and send it. The finished set, with balanced exposure and color that holds together from room to room, is delivered 24 to 72 hours after you send the property, ready for your final review.
Upload, send, review. All online.
What online real estate photo editing is
Online real estate photo editing covers two different things. One is a web editor, a browser version of the sliders and brushes you would find in desktop software, where you still make every adjustment. The other is an online service, where the browser is how you hand over the property and pick up the result. NovaHDR is the second kind: the work happens without you at the controls, and the browser is where you upload, send and review.
It is not the same as desktop editing software; see real estate photo editing software. If you want to work faster in your own editor, see batch edit real estate photos.
Editing a property online with NovaHDR
- 01
Sign up
Create an account with Google or email at the NovaHDR app.
- 02
Name the property and upload
Drop in up to 50 exported photos for the listing. Uploads are saved, so a slow connection or an interruption does not mean starting over.
- 03
Pay or use a credit
Buy One Property, choose a monthly plan, or use a credit you already hold.
- 04
Send the property
The job starts only when you send it, so you can check the uploads first.
- 05
Come back for the finished set
Finished photos are delivered 24 to 72 hours after you send the property. Review them before you deliver to the agent.
What the online workflow gives you
Nothing to install
Everything happens in the web app, from sign-up to sending the property.
Saved uploads
Uploaded photos are saved, so you can come back and continue before sending.
A finished set, not a toolbox
You receive a finished property set with balanced exposure and consistent color.
A natural look
Bright enough to understand the space, restrained enough to preserve its character.
Clear limits on files
Up to 50 photos per property, 50 MiB per photo and 2 GiB in total.
What online editing with NovaHDR does not include
No sliders to drag
There is no web editor for manual adjustments. If you want to work frame by frame yourself, a desktop or web editor is the right tool.
Export first
Bracket sets, TIFF files and camera originals are not accepted. Export JPEG, PNG or WebP from your own software.
No alterations
Staging, decluttering, view swaps and dusk conversions are not offered.
Not a backup
Keep your own source copies. The service is not an archive for your shoots.
Web editor or online service
| A web photo editor | NovaHDR online | |
|---|---|---|
| Who makes the adjustments | You, frame by frame | Not you; you review the finished set |
| Room to room consistency | As consistent as your own matching | The set is finished as a whole |
| Time at the screen | The length of your edit | Upload, send and review |
| Result | Whatever you produce | Finished photos 24 to 72 hours after you send the property |
Why an online handoff suits property work
Real estate shoots happen on the road. Between a morning condo and an afternoon listing across town, the laptop in the car is often the only computer you have. A browser based handoff means the property can be uploaded from wherever you are, then sent when the selects are complete, instead of waiting until you are back at a desk with your editing software open.
It also removes a whole category of maintenance. There are no plug-ins to update, no presets to sync between machines and no catalog to rebuild when a computer is replaced. What you need is your exported photos and a sign-in.
Most of all, an online service changes what you do at the screen. Editing online in a web editor still means dragging sliders, image by image. Handing the property over online means your screen time is the upload and the review, and the evening in between belongs to you.
That shift is easiest to see on a heavy day. Two shoots, a long drive and an agent waiting on yesterday's photos used to mean a late night in front of an editor. With an online handoff, yesterday's property is already on its way back while you shoot today's, and the only screen work left is the review.
What you need for an online handoff
| You need | Why | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Exported images | The app accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP | Export at the size you would deliver to the agent |
| Your selects only | A property covers up to 50 photos | Cull before you upload, not after |
| A sign-in | Google or email | Use the account your business email lives in |
| A few minutes online | Uploads are saved as they finish | Start the upload on location and finish it later if the connection drops |
| Time to review | You approve the set before delivery | Look at the property as a grid, not one photo at a time |
Questions about real estate photo editing online
Do I need to download any software?
No. Sign-up, upload, payment and sending the property all happen in the NovaHDR web app.
Which files can I upload online?
Exported JPEG, PNG and WebP images. Each photo can be up to 50 MiB, and a whole property up to 2 GiB; camera originals, TIFF files and bracket sets stay on your side.
What if my upload is interrupted?
Uploaded photos are saved. Come back, add the rest and send the property when it is complete.
How much does it cost online?
The same as everywhere: One Property is $29 one-time for one property, or choose a monthly plan with property credits.
Can I adjust the photos myself in the browser?
No. NovaHDR is a service, not a web editor. You review the finished set and can make your own final adjustments in your usual software.
What does sending the property mean?
It is the explicit step that submits the job. Until you send it, the property is just saved uploads, which you can add to or check. Once you send it, the finished set follows 24 to 72 hours later.
Do online edits look different from desktop edits?
The goal is the same either way: a natural-looking property with balanced exposure and coherent color. Where the work happens matters less than whether the rooms look like one property.
Can a client or agent upload photos for me?
NovaHDR is built for the photographer who shot the property and keeps the final review. Upload from your own account so the finished set comes back to you.
Can I start an upload on location and finish at the office?
Yes. Uploaded photos are saved, so you can add part of a property from one place and the rest later, then send it when the selects are complete.
Who owns photos uploaded online?
They stay yours; uploading does not transfer ownership. Upload only listings you are entitled to share for editing.
