REAL ESTATE PHOTO EDITING SERVICES
A real estate photo editing service that finishes the whole property set
A real estate photo editing service takes the photographs you captured at a property and returns them ready for your client. NovaHDR does that for real estate photographers with one focus: exposure and color. You upload up to 50 photos of a property, send it for editing, and get back a finished set with balanced light and color that holds together from room to room, 24 to 72 hours after you send the property. You keep the final review before anything reaches the agent or the listing.
Balance the exposure. Preserve the property.
What comes back from the service
The deliverable is the property, not a pile of separately corrected frames.
A set, not single images
Every photo of the property is finished as part of one set, so the kitchen, the living room and the primary bedroom read like rooms in the same house instead of three different afternoons.
Balanced exposure
Bright enough that a buyer understands the space at a glance, restrained enough that the room keeps its character. Window light, shadows and midtones are brought into a believable relationship.
Coherent color
Warm and cool casts from mixed light are evened out so walls, floors and cabinetry look like the same materials from frame to frame.
A natural result
The goal is a natural-looking property, not a redesigned room. Nothing is added to the scene, so what the photo shows is what the visitor will find.
What a real estate photo editing service is
A real estate photo editing service is an outside service that finishes property photographs after the shoot, so the photographer does not spend the evening on the last correction pass. Services differ mainly in scope. Some sell a menu of separate tasks priced per image, from exposure blending to decluttering and staging. Others, like NovaHDR, focus on finishing the set itself: consistent exposure and color across every room of one property, ready for your review.
It is not the same as photo editing software, where you still make every adjustment yourself, or a scene alteration service, which changes what is in the room. See real estate photo editing software and real estate photo retouching for those.
How the service works, from upload to delivery
- 01
Name the property
Create a property in the NovaHDR app. Sign-up is with Google or email.
- 02
Upload the photos
Add up to 50 exported images for that property. If you shoot brackets, blend and export them in your own software first; NovaHDR starts from one finished source image per view. Uploads are saved, so you can come back and add the rest later.
- 03
Choose how to pay
Buy One Property, choose a monthly plan, or use a property credit you already have.
- 04
Send the property for editing
Nothing is submitted until you send it. Uploading or paying does not start the job by itself, which gives you a last look at the set.
- 05
Review, then deliver
The finished photos arrive 24 to 72 hours after you send the property. You review them and decide what goes to the agent and the listing.
What the service covers
Exposure and color finishing
The work is exposure and color editing of the property set, which is the pass most photographers repeat on every shoot.
Room to room consistency
The set is finished as a whole, so color stays coherent across rooms rather than drifting image by image.
Single exposures or blended exports
Send single frames or the JPEG you exported after blending your own brackets; both work as source images.
Up to 50 photos per property
One property covers up to 50 photos, enough for most listings including exteriors.
A delivery window you can plan around
Finished photos arrive 24 to 72 hours after you send the property for editing.
Your photos stay yours
You keep ownership of what you submit, and NovaHDR does not sell personal information.
What this service does not do
No staging or scene changes
NovaHDR does not add furniture, swap the view outside, delete objects or turn a day shot into dusk. If a listing needs those, use a service built for them alongside NovaHDR.
No bracket blending or camera originals
Bracket sets and camera original formats are not accepted. Blend in your own software and send the exported JPEG, PNG or WebP.
It cannot invent missing detail
A window that is pure white in the source, or shadows that are blocked to black, cannot be rebuilt. Send the best frame you have for each view.
You stay responsible for accuracy
You keep the final review before delivery, and listing professionals remain responsible for how a property is represented.
Ways to get the last pass done
| Question | Doing it yourself | A per task editing service | NovaHDR |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you hand over | Nothing; you open every file | Images plus a task list per image | The property: up to 50 photos |
| What comes back | Whatever time allows that evening | Each task as ordered | A finished set with balanced exposure and consistent color |
| Consistency across rooms | Depends on your patience | Depends on how the images were split up | The set is finished as a whole |

| When it is ready | When you finish | Set by each vendor | 24 to 72 hours after you send the property |
What the service costs
Pay per property or by the month. One property covers up to 50 photos and uses one credit, and unused monthly credits roll over up to each plan's cap.

|---|---|
| One Property | $29 one-time for one property |
| Solo | $79 per month, 5 property credits |
| Pro | $199 per month, 15 property credits |
| Studio | $399 per month, 40 property credits |
Questions about real estate photo editing services
How much does a real estate photo editing service cost with NovaHDR?
One Property is $29 one-time for one property, covering up to 50 photos with no expiry. Monthly plans include property credits; see the pricing section for every plan.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. You can buy one property without a subscription and use it when you need it.
How long does the service take?
Plan on 24 to 72 hours from the moment you send the property. Uploading alone does not start the clock; sending does.
Which files can I send?
JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 50 MiB per photo and 2 GiB per property. Camera originals, TIFF files and bracket sets are not accepted, so blend and export brackets before uploading.
Will the photos look over processed?
The aim is the opposite: a natural look, bright enough to understand the space and restrained enough to preserve its character. Nothing is added to the room.
Can the service add furniture or change the view outside?
No. NovaHDR finishes exposure and color. It does not stage rooms, change what is outside the window or take objects out of a scene.
Who checks the photos before the client sees them?
You do. The photographer keeps the final review before client delivery and publication.
Who do I contact about a property?
Write to support@novahdr.com with questions about a property or an order.
