IPHONE 16 PRO
iPhone 16 Pro real estate photography, shot steady and finished as one set
The iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max are common in listing work now, picked by agents who shoot their own homes and by photographers who want a capable backup. This generation added Camera Control on the side, a higher-detail ultra wide and Photographic Styles you can change after the shot, yet every frame is still processed on its own, so a sunny kitchen and a shaded bedroom can disagree on white balance. NovaHDR finishes the whole exported property with balanced exposure and consistent color, so the rooms read as one home.
Camera Control, Styles and lens choice happen on your side; NovaHDR only sees the JPEG, PNG or WebP files you export.
One property covers up to 50 photos.

Sending iPhone 16 Pro photos for finishing
- 01
Settle the Styles, then export
Because 16 Pro Styles stay editable in Photos, set every listing photo to the same Style, or reset them to Standard, before exporting each view as a JPEG. HEIC and ProRAW files are not accepted.
- 02
Upload the full listing
Create the property, add up to 50 photos covering interiors and exteriors, and let the upload save; you can come back to finish adding views before you send.
- 03
Send the property and check it
Pick One Property or use a plan credit and send the job explicitly. Your finished set lands 24 to 72 hours after you send the property, for your review before delivery.
iPhone 16 Pro capture notes
The 16 Pro changes a few habits compared with older phones. These notes cover the ones that affect listing photos most.
Do not fire with Camera Control on a tripod
A full press on the side button nudges a clamped phone. Use the 3 second timer, a Bluetooth remote or Apple Watch as the shutter.
Turn off accidental adjustments
Light presses and swipes on Camera Control change zoom or exposure. In Settings you can reduce what it does, which stops exposure drifting between rooms.
Lean on the ultra wide in small rooms
The 16 Pro ultra wide gained a higher-detail sensor, so bathrooms and laundry rooms shot at 0.5x hold up better than on earlier Pros. Keep the phone level to limit edge stretch.
Use 5x for elevation details
Both the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max have the 5x telephoto, useful for roof lines, cupolas and a front door from the sidewalk.
Keep warmth out of the Style
The newer Styles can shift tone and undertone heavily. A warm Style on one room and Standard on another makes the set harder to bring together.
Shoot each room at the same time of day
If the shoot runs long, go round the sunny side first, so window light does not swing from soft to harsh across the gallery.
iPhone 16 Pro details that matter for listing photos
Camera Control
A pressure-sensitive button on the side opens the camera and takes the photo; handy in the hand, easy to shake on a clamp.
Editable Photographic Styles
On the 16 generation, Styles can be changed after capture in Photos, so check they match before export.
A sharper ultra wide
The 16 Pro upgraded the 0.5x camera to a higher-detail sensor than the 15 Pro, which helps tight interiors.
Still a single-frame result
Smart HDR blends inside each shot, but each photo is tuned on its own, so whites shift between rooms.
Balanced across the set
NovaHDR finishes the uploaded property as a whole, balancing exposure and keeping color consistent from room to room.
Formats NovaHDR takes
JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 50 photos per property. RAW, TIFF and bracket sets are not accepted, and brackets are not merged.

| 5x telephoto | Roof and facade details | One sharp detail per feature |

| Formats | HEIC by default | JPEG exports, one per view |
| ProRAW | Large DNGs | A converted JPEG for each chosen frame |
What does finishing iPhone 16 Pro real estate photos mean?
It is the final exposure and color pass on the photos you export from the 16 Pro, done across the whole property rather than one image at a time. The phone's own HDR has already shaped each frame; finishing brings the frames into line with each other so the gallery looks like one natural, consistent home.
It is not a Photographic Style or a filter, and nothing is added or taken away from the rooms.
iPhone 16 Pro real estate questions
Is the iPhone 16 Pro good for real estate photography?
It is one of the stronger phones for it, thanks to the better ultra wide and the 5x lens for details. It still needs a tripod in dim rooms and care with bright windows.
Is the 16 Pro Max any different for listings?
The cameras are the same on both sizes in this generation. The Max has a bigger screen, which makes framing on a tripod a little easier.
Do I need to fix Photographic Styles before uploading 16 Pro photos?
Yes, if you changed them. Set every listing photo to one Style, or back to Standard, then export, so the rooms start from the same tone.
Can I upload ProRAW from the 16 Pro?
No. DNG files are not accepted. Convert each ProRAW frame to a JPEG in your own editor, and blend any brackets there too, before the upload.
What can finishing not do for a 16 Pro shot?
It cannot recover detail the phone did not capture, such as a fully white window, and it leaves reflections, clutter and the view exactly as they were.
What does one 16 Pro listing cost?
Finishing one property of up to 50 photos is $29 one-time for one property; plans give a set number of property credits each month.
