OFFICE INTERIOR PHOTOS

Office interior photos with even light across the whole floor

Office interiors look simple until you try to make a whole floor match. Perimeter desks sit against bright window walls while the core is lit only by ceiling panels, glass meeting rooms reflect the overhead grid, and branded walls in strong colors bounce tint onto nearby surfaces. NovaHDR finishes the office as a set with balanced exposure and consistent color, so the reception, the open plan, the meeting rooms and the break area look like one workplace.

The workspace stays as it is: desks, screens, signage and plants are not added or removed.

One property covers up to 50 photos.

How to send an office space for finishing

  1. 01

Choose the views that explain the floor

Pick reception, the open work area, a meeting room, private offices, the kitchen or break area and any views out. Export a single JPEG, PNG or WebP per angle, blending brackets yourself beforehand if you shot them.

  2. 02

Upload the space as a single property

Name it after the building and suite, then upload up to 50 photos together so the open plan and the enclosed rooms are finished side by side.

  3. 03

Send for editing and review the set

Choose One Property or a plan credit and send it. Finished photos arrive 24 to 72 hours after you send the property, and the final review stays with you.

Capture notes for office photography

Offices reward planning: the right time of day and a tidy floor matter more than any later pass.

Shoot outside working hours

Empty desks and quiet meeting rooms are easier to photograph. Ask for a slot early or late, when monitors can be switched off and chairs pushed in.

Match the screen state

Either turn every monitor off or set them all to the same neutral wallpaper. A mix of bright and dark screens distracts across the floor.

Watch the glass partitions

Meeting room glass reflects the ceiling lights and the window wall. Shoot slightly off axis so the reflection does not hide the room behind.

Respect the brand color

Feature walls in strong brand colors spill tint onto desks and carpet. Include a frame that shows the wall and its surroundings so the color reads in context.

Balance the perimeter and the core

The desks by the window are far brighter than those in the middle. Expose so the core still has detail, and keep some texture in the windows.

Clear the desks

Coffee cups, cables and paperwork make a floor look busy. Clutter in the frame stays in the frame.

Why office photos are hard to finish evenly

Window walls and deep cores

Office floors are often deep, so daylight falls off sharply from the perimeter toward the core.

Ceiling panel color

LED panels and older fluorescent fittings can differ in color temperature, even on the same floor.

Glass everywhere

Meeting rooms, partitions and office fronts reflect the ceiling grid and windows, adding bright patches.

Brand colors

Saturated feature walls and carpet tiles cast their color onto nearby white surfaces.

Finished together

NovaHDR finishes the office as a set with balanced exposure and consistent color, so enclosed rooms match the open plan around them.

Starting from your exports

It works from single exposures and from merged bracket exports in JPEG, PNG or WebP.

What does finishing office photos mean?

Finishing office interior photos is the final exposure and color pass on a workplace set: lifting the dim core without washing out the window wall, keeping ceiling panels from turning the floor blue or green, and making enclosed rooms match the open plan. NovaHDR does that pass on the whole set at once for your final review.

It is not a fit out visualization. Furniture, branding, screens and plants are not added or changed.

Office photo questions

Will the core of an open plan floor be brighter after finishing?

Exposure is balanced across the set, so a dim core is brought closer to the perimeter, as far as the source detail allows. Expose for the core on site for the best result.

Can I mix a leasing suite and the shared amenities in one property?

Yes, if they belong to the same listing. Upload them together so the suite and the shared spaces are finished as one set.

Will reflections in glass meeting rooms be removed?

No. Reflections that are in the source stay in the finished photo, so change the angle on site.

Are lit monitor screens changed?

No. Screens are left as photographed, so switch them off or set them all alike before you shoot.

Which files work for an office shoot?

JPEG, PNG or WebP, one per view, up to 50 MiB each and 2 GiB per property.

How is an office shoot priced?

Per property, regardless of type: Pro is $199 per month, 15 property credits for photographers with steady commercial work.
